Service Advisor - New PlymouthTasman Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in New Plymouth.As the key contact between our customers and the dealership, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service experiences, smooth repair processes, and the promotion of the Toyota brand.Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers at their vehicles
  • Handle workshop enquiries and service bookings
  • Write repair orders and follow Kodawari procedures
  • Keep customers updated on vehicle progress
  • Organise courtesy vehicles
  • Estimate costs and timeframes for agreed work
  • Gain authorisation for additional work
  • Monitor and follow up on job progress to meet deadlines
  • Help grow new business within the service department
  • Promote the dealership and Toyota brand
  • Complete all internal, online, and classroom training
  • Work closely with Parts and Sales departments
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance
  • Carry out reasonable requests from the Service Manager
