- Identify gaps between current state and future state
- Assist in implementing the new processes
- Support other programme workstreams as required
- Manage and process workstreams with team specific tool/process development
- Validate solutions and create valuable documentation when needed such as process maps
- Design and implement operational and workflow processes
- Strong project business analysis skills
- Experience in understanding and eliciting business needs
- Proven ability in process design
- Experience in managing scope and prioritisation
