This is a hands-on, multi-tasking role that combines customer order processing with the preparation of all order documentation and product labelling. You’ll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly — from the moment a customer places their order to the moment it’s ready to dispatch.
You’ll work closely with our production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure labels are printed, paperwork is accurate, and products get where they need to go — on time and fully compliant.Ngā kawenga | What You’ll Be Doing
- Entering customer orders into Cin7 and Monday.com
- Generating invoices, pick lists, packing slips, and shipping labels
- Printing product labels, barcodes, and batch codes
- Coordinating with production and dispatch teams to meet delivery timelines
- Operating and maintaining label printers and office equipment
- Updating spreadsheets and keeping order records tidy and accurate
- Super organised and accurate, with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities
- A clear communicator who keeps customers and teammates in the loop
- Confident using spreadsheets and digital systems (ERP/order entry experience a bonus)
- Tech-friendly and keen to learn how to operate label printers and scanners
- Reliable, practical, and comfortable in a hands-on role in a chilled, wet-store environment
- $65,000 salary
- Option to include commute time in hours or discuss fuel/travel allowance
- Full training provided
- Sunday–Thursday work week, aligned with dispatch days
- Friendly, multicultural team that values teamwork and reliability
- A practical, no-frills environment with limited onsite facilities
- 100% onsite role — approx. 25 minutes from Blenheim
- Site includes blast freezing operations — you’ll be responsible for printing associated labels
- Start date: ASAP — current staff member will provide handover support
