- Lead the highway corridor design aspects of projects from concept through to detailed design, ensuring that they are suitable for tender and construction
- Apply your project management and people leadership skills to achieve financial outcomes for Aurecon, and technically sound outcomes for our clients
- Assist in the mentorship and guidance of team members
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. We are looking for a qualified civil engineer with a demonstrated experience delivering complex design solutions.You will need to possess:
- Experience and an in-depth understanding of delivering highway elements within the delivery of projects
- An understanding of local NZ standards
- The ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and be comfortable communicating with clients, contractors and the wider team
