
Part-time Youth Support Worker (Wake-Over Shifts)

- Provide overnight support to youth, fostering healthy sleep routines
- Create a calm, safe, and homely environment
- Work hours: 10:30pm - 7:00am, twice weekly (16 hours per week, 32 hours per fornight)
- Assist with record-keeping, medication support, hygiene standards, and general admin
- Navigate challenging situations with empathy and resilience
- Experience working with rangatahi
- A Health & Wellbeing qualification (or willingness to work toward one-we'll support you!)
- A Full New Zealand Driver Licence
- Strong personal and professional boundaries
- Resilience and a readiness to meet challenges head-on-with full training and support provided
