- The positions will commence on 3 November 2025
- Based in Hamilton
- Coaching and supporting MST therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions.
- Ensuring fidelity to the MST model through supervision, training, and continuous improvement.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships to enable integrated, wraparound support.
- Overseeing service operations including budgets, reporting, and compliance.
- Promoting a safe, culturally responsive, and supportive environment for staff and whānau.
- A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field, along with relevant clinical training.
- Current full registration with a professional body such as SWRB, NZPB, Occupational Therapy NZ, NZ Medical Council, or DAPAANZ.
- Atleast 2 years proven leadership experience and ability to coach clinical teams.
- Proficiency in applying family systems theory, CBT, and other behaviourally based approaches.
- Skilled in managing budgets, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse groups.
- Confident in handling risk, incidents, and health & safety.
- A full New Zealand driver's licence and eligibility to work in New Zealand.
