Reporting to the project supervisor, you will be expected to be involved in but not limited toothe planning, organising and execution of civil construction activities such as bulk earthworks/ pavement construction / Concrete and kerb preparation /retaining structures. 3 waters experience been desirable.Duties Within Your Team IncludeWorking 'hands-on' to ensuring tasks are completed to the satisfaction of the customer, to a high quality and within program.Ensuring efficient use of materials, supplies and equipment managing resources effectively with the wider team.Providing and organising on-the-job development/training for the team and supporting general career development.Drive health and safety within daily project activities maintaining the Downer standard.We are a small and close-knit team and collaboration is key!
