The School of Education Te Kura Mātauranga in the Faculty of Culture and Society, Auckland University of Technology, is a leading provider of education programmes at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels.We are seeking applications for one position which involves working in the Bachelor of Arts in Education along with some work in either Grad Dip. Secondary or Primary ITE programmes. We are particularly interested in applicants who bring a discipline strength and research experience in youth/community studies and its application to education. Opportunities are available to contribute to postgraduate programmes and supervision of postgraduate students.The nexus between teaching and research is a focus in the School and we seek an applicant who has a doctoral qualification, is research-active and can contribute to the research foci of the School of Education.
