- Support menu development and catering control procedures to reduce waste and meet dietary needs.
- NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Cookery or equivalent trade qualification.
- Experience cooking in a similar high-volume or event-based environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Flexible, reliable, and physically fit with a positive attitude.
- Police clearance and NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) preferred.
