You'll be joining a fun and supportive team, committed to creating a rich and inclusive environment where tamariki can thrive.About the RoleIf you are passionate about teaching young children and are currently enrolled in your first year of a Level 7 ECE Bachelor programme, we'd love to hear from you.This role is based in our Paua Room (Over 2s), where learning is inspired by child-led projects and experiences. We value strong relationships and nurture social and emotional competence through the Tuakana Teina model.Our thoughtfully designed preschool spaces spark creativity and exploration, with areas for imaginative play, building and construction, and a wide range of art activities including messy play, water play, playdough, and painting. Role RequirementsWe are looking for someone who is:

Enrolled in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor course
Confident with child-led curriculum, planning and extending learning
Knowledgeable about ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and compliance standards
Committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in teaching practice
Passionate about delivering high-quality education and care
