Develop and implement annual customer business plans to achieve strategic goals.
Drive service performance to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
Work with customers to identify opportunities for process improvements that boost productivity and add value to DHL services.
Lead customer reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Take ownership of accurate and timely customer billing and invoice payments.
Resolve customer issues and manage escalations as the primary contact.
Identify new business opportunities, and lead customer renewals.
Support warehouse operations by driving continuous improvement initiatives, including cost-reduction opportunities.

What you will bring:We’re looking for someone with:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confident in presenting, negotiating, and influencing.
Experience in client management, including meeting SLAs and performance targets.
Professionalism in presentation – dress and manner when meeting and liaising with Clients.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
A proactive mindset—able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
A degree in Business, Management, or Supply Chain (preferred but not required).
