- Providing high quality customer service to our valued customers
- Organising the grocery team and storeroom
- Maintaining stock levels in the grocery department, ensuring well-stocked shelves and merchandising to a high standard
- Undertaking necessary administrative functions of the role
- Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills and a passion for customer services
- A strong work ethic and the ability to cope well under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical fitness (heavy lifting involved)
