We are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruitment Partner to join our Central Region People & Capability team on a 5 month fixed term contract to cover parental leave. In this role, you'll play a key part in attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent to support our operational and strategic goals.The Role:As part of the Northpower team, you'll play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent across the business. From advising managers on job briefs to sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and ensuring a great candidate experience, you'll be the trusted advisor helping shape the future of our workforce.This is a dynamic and people-focused role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers, support large-scale campaigns, and contribute to building Northpower's employment brand.Based in Hamilton, you will:- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising and sourcing to selection and onboarding.
- Championing inclusive hiring practices and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Contributing to talent pipeline development.
