This is an exciting opportunity to bring your BIM skills to a leading Tier 1 Contractor as we grow in the digital field.As a BIM Coordinator you'll be responsible for developing and coordinate BIM models, working closely with design, construction and survey to interpret designs models and drawings, and producing accurate models for our project teams. This role will ideally be in Levin and is a permanent, full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours a week.Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and enabling setup of BIM on project, interfacing with design consultants (partners), construction and Survey team.
Providing specialist support for digital tools to support project phase.
Developing and implementing strategies to grow and advance HEB's BIM and Digital capability.
Collaborating with project support services such as Project Controls, Design, Survey and Construction

About You:To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Minimum 1+ years in BIM implementation, preferably within infrastructure projects.
Experience with Civil 3D or OpenRoads (must)
Navisworks experience
Experience in Revit (advantageous)
Detailed knowledge of model-based design (BIM) protocols, standards, and workflows.
Experience with BIM and data management systems such as ACC.
Good knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics/reporting tools (advantageous).
Previous experience in infrastructure or complex multidisciplinary projects.
Ability to manage your own workload, deliver to deadlines, and respond to project team needs.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
Clear communication skills with strong attention to detail.
