Our client is a RANZ-approved company delivering high quality roofing across residential and commercial projects in Taupō and the Central Plateau.In this role, you'll take charge of a roofing crew - motivating your team and setting a strong example for both experienced roofers and apprentices. You'll be hands-on in training and mentoring, while overseeing the installation of long-run roofing, cladding, flashings, and rainwater systems. With full ownership of job quality, timelines, and safety standards, you'll also act as the main point of contact for clients on-site. You'll be supported by an operations manager and company owner - both with extensive roofing experience - who are there to back you up and help you problem-solve when needed.Our client is a growing business, so you'll have the chance to shape how they work!What's on offer?

- 5+ years of roofing experience
- A proven track record of running jobs and managing crews
- Honest, reliability and professionalism
- Full driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong communicator and great people skills
- Working at Heights/EWP certification is a bonus
