This challenging and rewarding position requires a special person with demonstrated clinical and operational leadership skills who is well organised, flexible, and relates well to others.As a Coordinator you will incorporate leadership and coordination of clinical service delivery, ensuring best practice is adhered to, along with employee supervision.As there is a requirement to supervise and oversee clinicians' workload, the need to demonstrate experience in handling your own workload is essential.You will need
- A relevant tertiary health qualification in Nursing
- Current Annual Practising Certificate
- Previous experience within a variety of mental health settings, including the community
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Full driver's licence
- Good sense of humour
