Working closely with the HR Manager and wider leadership team, you'll be the go-to for all things HR administration and coordination. Your day-to-day will be varied and could include:Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboardingPreparing employment agreements and HR documentationSupporting payroll with accurate employee dataAssisting with training and development initiativesMaintaining the HRIS and ensuring compliance with policies and proceduresProviding first-line HR advice to staff and managersAbout you:
You'll be confident building relationships across the business and thrive in a role where no two days look the same.
