- Proficiency in using maintenance tools, equipment, and technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and functional environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance in maintenance work.
- Effective communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
