Our summer fixed-term positions start early November and go through until the end of March 2026. Working in this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the ropes of a Deckhand through assisting our Deckhands with operational and safety duties!The position requires early starts and works on a rotating roster, providing the chance to showcase your exceptional service skills within a stunning setting.Key responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional customer service
Following strict guidelines in food service
Providing a welcoming and efficient service
Maintaining knowledge of the menu offerings
Assisting deckhands with operational duties as needed

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have your own reliable transport and should possess the following skills, knowledge, and qualities:

Previous experience in a café or retail environment
Understanding the principals of the safe sale and supply of alcohol
Good local knowledge of visitor attractions
Experience with POS systems
A demonstrated ability to work under pressure
Able to adapt easily to changing work conditions
Ability to resolve customer queries with initiative and a positive attitude while being a productive team member.
