- Explore emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and engagement
- A tertiary qualification in digital technology, information management, or related field
- Proven experience implementing digital solutions in cultural, educational, or community settings
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, systems integration, and emerging technologies
- Experience in training and supporting staff to develop digital capability
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
