- Managing the day-to-day business of your Executive (s) including diary management, meeting management, correspondence and email, travel, and logistics to ensure their Executive is organised and best positioned to perform to a high standard.
- Ensuring your Executive has all the relevant material and information required to achieve their objectives.
- Maintains technical proficiency and knowledge of information technology and management systems.
- Capturing meeting minutes, notes, and action points
- Developing a thorough understanding of your Executive's portfolios.
- Maintaining a good understanding of the priorities across the Office of the Commissioner to support collaboration.
- Building an excellent working relationship with all members of the Executive Leadership Team, the Executive Services Team, the Governance and Chief Advisors, as well as all internal and external stakeholders.
- Calendar management and/or event planning
- Managing correspondence and emails
- Or be able to clearly demonstrate you have transferrable skills that meet requirements of the job description
- A Permanent Resident who has resided continuously in NZ for the last 10 years, or
- A citizen of or has resided continuously in one or more of the following countries for the last 10 years: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, or United States of America, and has a background that can be verified by the NZSIS.
