- Deliver the brand story through tutored tasting and experiences, ensuring brand and commercial expectation alignment.
- Maintain a professional work environment including site cleanliness, uniform and appearance.
- Complete all training as required in order to fulfil the requirements of liquor licensing, wine education and wine tastings and tours.
- Feedback all customer service communication ensuring processes and standards are maintained.
- Assist with stock control and daily reconciliations.
- Assist customers in finding products, making selections and purchasing items.
- Maintain favourable working relationships with all Pernod Ricard employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
- Maintain site security, ensure the building is left secure when unattended.
- Report customer feedback to the Brand Homes Manager to ensure procedure and processes are adhered to and modified where appropriate.
- Contribute to all staff meetings.
- Strive to achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales objectives.
- Strive to achieve weekly and monthly wine club acquisition targets.
- Complying with relevant legislation and the Company’s QSE policies, standards and procedures.
- Actively supporting and participating in the Company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives and activities.
- Treating all people with respect and in accordance with the Company’s equal opportunity and unacceptable behaviour policy.
- Understanding the importance of responsible drinking and acting in line with our responsible drinking obligations.

- Actively participating in QSE training and initiatives.
- Actively participating in rehabilitation processes designed to return you to normal work duties.
- Reporting concerns to your manager in respect to any practices that could impact on people, product or the company’s reputation.
- Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment with specified sales targets
- An appreciation and understanding of wine and wine styles
- Proven customer service skills
- Prepared to work a seven-day roster
- Ability to present to groups up to fifty guests (public speaking)
- Ability to work competently under pressure
- Self-discipline and initiative
- Excellent Communication skills
- Team player – Committed to team, company and excellence.
- The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; recurring bending, crouching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as wine cartons and merchandise boxes. The work may require specific but common physical characteristics and abilities such as lifting up to 12kg
