This is an exciting opportunity within our Primary Connect (Supply Chain) business. The role is based at our Auckland Regional Distribution Centre in Favona and is one of the largest Distribution Centres in NZ where we employ over 500 team members at the site. This role has responsibility for all aspects of People Partnering and delivering our strategic people priorities within the site. You will be a valued and trusted key People Partner delivering value not only within the site, but across the Primary Connect business, and more broadly within Woolworths NZ as you contribute to our key people priorities.Key responsibilities:
- Delivering key strategic priorities and initiatives
- Provide expertise, HR advice and support across the DC and lead delivery of , talent and succession management, performance management, team engagement and improving team experience, building capability and supporting key annual processes, such performance and reward.
- Build leadership capability through coaching, advising and facilitating relevant leadership development content as required.
- Develop credibility with leaders to allow for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Managing change and team impacts to support delivery of strategic and improvement initiatives as required.
- Deliver meaningful value to the team experience across the broader Woolworths NZ business through agile ways of working.
- Maintain positive relationships with our Union partners and support our Workplace Relations team with CA and IR matters as required
Joining our team you'll bring relevant industry experience ideally within complex, fast paced, corporate environments, and be experienced in working and delivering across multiple teams.
As an experienced partner and people practitioner, you will have HR legislation knowledge and demonstrated your ability to build strong relationships and a can do attitude.
