We are looking for reliable and skilled Hammerhands to join one of Wellington's most respected construction teams. If you have a strong work ethic, proven experience on the tools, and want to be part of a solid crew, we want to hear from you!Location: Multiple roles available across Central Wellington, Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Porirua and the surrounding areas
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (some Saturday work - optional)You will be assisting Carpenters and Site Managers with:

Framing, formwork, and prepping materials
Installing gib, cladding, and insulation
Site clean-up and general labour tasks
Reading plans and following instructions
Working safely and efficiently on active build sites

We are looking for someone who has:Minimum 1 year experience as a hammerhand or construction labourer
Own basic tools
Reliable transport or able to get to site on time
Site Safe (bonus if you have ConstructSafe or First Aid)
A positive attitude and good communication skills
The ability to work independently or as part of a teamWhat's on offer
