- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Track project finances, including budget management, cost tracking and financial reporting.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to achieve project success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore) is preferred.
