The Activities Coordinator is a resident centric role, where you will plan and facilitate a programme of activities and exciting events for our residents, providing quality resident support, managing vulnerable residents and communications with families. This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to Friday 4.30pm.We are anticipating a start date of 27th May 2024 for this role.Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exercise programmes, regular outings, sporting and recreational events
- Taking an active interest & providing input into the overall look and feel of the Village
- Effectively leading and participating in activities as needed
- Being the main point of contact for many residents in the Village
- Providing excellent customer service to all residents, families and visitors
- Led resident village communication via the activities calendar and weekly newsletters.
Ideally you will have experience in events, hospitality or aged care, but more important to us will be your genuine love for all kinds of people from all walks of life.To be successful you will bring:
