- Provide technical and advisory support to the operations and management of Workplace Health and Safety risks and controls.
- Build partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate reports, utilise data, identify trends, and work closely with the Head of Workplace Health & Safety to develop strategies.
- Advise and train in injury management around reporting, investigation, and corrective actions and controls.
- Review Workplace Health & Safety documentation and policies.
- Educate staff in managing workplace risks under the Health & Safety Act 2015.
- Conduct monitoring, inspections, and assessments to meet legislative requirements.
- Previous senior advisory experience in a Health & Safety capacity, ideally within a healthcare, construction, or high-risk environment.
- Experience in developing and supporting the implementation of wellbeing, H&S strategies, frameworks, systems, processes, and policies.
- Sound analytical, data-driven, and research skills to extract insights from information and provide an informed opinion on H&S risks and the adequacy of controls.
- Ability to generate reports that provide meaningful insights on trends that lead to identifying improvements for staff and the business.
- Proven ability to work on numerous projects, often under tight time constraints.
- Strong relationship stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline.

- This role is hybrid role where you will be based at our Newmarket, Auckland support office.
