- Bachelor of Civil Engineering, and ideally CPEng or working towards
- Expertise in design and design review
- Leadership, and project management experience
- Enjoy building relationships and have demonstrated influence and stakeholder management experience
- Commercially savvy
- Experience developing and delivering New Zealand projects from design to construction.
