We help CFOs-primarily from multinational corporations, but also mid-sized companies and startups-reimagine the future of Finance and guide them through major transformation programs.Whether it's accelerating the move toward data-driven decision-making or exploring the possibilities of emerging technologies like GenAI and machine learning, we help our clients unlock the full potential of Finance and Finance Analytics. Our projects also include advising CFOs on how to optimize their management information, improve financial planning and analysis, develop new operating models including Global Business Services (GBS) or Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and implement better processes and technologies. Sustainability and long-term value creation are becoming more central to our work as well. In short, we work on a broad range of strategic topics that are high on the CFO agenda-topics our Finance team is truly passionate about.Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities
  • Focus on finance change, helping the leadership of private and public sector organisations to assess and improve their Finance function.
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams, provide insights and recommendations on people, processes, and systems, and work with clients to deliver improvements.
  • Deepen your subject matter expertise as part of a global network of Finance and Performance Management advisory professionals.

  • A solid track record in (Digital) Finance and Finance process optimization (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report), with the ambition to deepen your expertise in Finance transformation and digital enablers
  • Finance operating model transformation including transition to outsourcing, shared services, and/or automation.
  • Finance organisation design and capability definition.
  • Improvement of Finance transactional processes and systems.
  • Design and implementation of improved reporting including KPI definition.
  • Design and implementation of improved planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a focus on financial planning and budgeting methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and experience with ERP/Technology programmes.
  • Leveraging performance management and business intelligence tools including SAC, PowerBI, HFM.
Ideally, you'll also have:
  • Project and change management.
  • Business process transformation via structured problem solving.
  • Data analysis and interpretation.
  • Generating valuable insights and delivering change for your internal/external clients.
  • Experience in building and managing teams and developing talent.
