The Rolleston-based facility is at the heart of our seed processing and distribution, and we're looking for a motivated Plant Operator to join the team.About the RoleAs a Seed Coating Plant Operator, you'll be responsible for running and maintaining the modern seed coating machinery, ensuring product quality and consistency, and supporting the wider production operation. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with great attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic.Key responsibilities include:

Operating automated seed coating machinery
Monitoring product quality, calibration, and production outputs
Carrying out basic machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
Accurately recording batch and production data
Assisting with warehousing, packing, and dispatch activities when required
Following health & safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a production or machinery operating role preferred (agriculture, food, or manufacturing industries ideal)
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Good physical fitness
Forklift licence and experience preferred
