- Are you looking to join a team that provides support to people within their own homes, through a mix of short- and long-term contracts?
- We require applicants that have experience in working with people who have mental health and intellectual / disabilities and work with a strengths-based approach
- Someone who brings experience, knowledge, understanding and enjoyment of working with families, including people recovering from accidents or have long-term conditions.
- You will be involved in personal support, household management, shopping, meal preparation, social and other activities as planned
- You will bring an understanding and engagement of living and connecting to support within communities
- You will be someone who has mature thinking, a common-sense approach, good initiative, a good engager, relator, has a great sense of humour and importantly a positive communicator.
