- You will have at least 3 years in industrial high volume kitchens
- You will be able to work unsupervised and supervise a small team of staff
- Will have had trade training in catering as well as completed a Food Hygiene course
- Knowledge of all general kitchen activities
- Ensure the quality of every dish we serve
- Prepare, cook and serve food for a buffet, a cook to order menu, and functions as required
- Being a good all-rounder in the kitchen is a must
- Also be assisting with stock take, and general kitchen and cleaning duties
