- Design and implement responsive web applications that provide outstanding user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in best practices for frontend development, code structure, and design.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend and backend development to keep our platforms modern and efficient.
- Ensure high-quality code standards and contribute to continuously improving our development processes.
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with content moderation systems, managing user-generated content, and applying UX design principles.
- Extensive experience as a Frontend Developer with expert-level knowledge in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and CSS.
- Java background is highly desirable, and familiarity with Angular, JSP, Video.js, Brightcove, and Adobe Experience Manager will be advantageous.
- Additional experience with the Ionic framework or similar would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Deep understanding of web-based and native application design principles, ensuring best practices in responsiveness and user experience.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and architectural patterns, particularly within the AWS ecosystem.
- Demonstrated leadership in overseeing complex software development projects, guiding teams through technical challenges and innovative solutions.
- Strong collaborative skills, with a history of working effectively with diverse teams and contributing to an inclusive working environment.
- Experience in navigating and improving legacy systems burdened with technical debt and operational challenges.
- Proven ability in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving intricate issues in production environments, enhancing system reliability and performance.
