- Proven experience within B2B & direct sales
- Previous account management experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to identify gaps and how to bridge gaps
- Proven ability to build a call cycle
- Good time management skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales budgets
- Strong business acumen, influencing and relationship building skills
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems
