Come join the team and use your store experience in this key role!Job DescriptionThe OpportunityOur Store & Sales Operations team members are experts in developing and coordinating the right environment to create great retail customer experiences and exceed sales and services targets across all our brands. As an Operations Support Chapter Member, your key focus will be to work closely with our tribes and help deliver expert customer-led in store category execution, support and innovation across various categories.Quick snapshot of the role:

Supporting stores nationally in continuous improvement & execution across various categories (e.g. Tech, Grocery, Stationery etc...)
Developing and driving Trading initiatives to drive sales and profit
Developing plans for the effective implementation & embedding of all merchandise and marketing strategic initiatives into stores.
Developing plans for the effective execution of all promotional, event, seasonal launches, product and space-related initiatives into stores that can be easily implemented
Creating and implementing new policies and procedures
Managing and acting on all store queries and support
Running effective training & coaching programmes to upskill team members in store
Reporting and analysis

QualificationsTo really succeed in this role, we are looking for an individual who has a deep understanding of an operations environment and what support they need. They will also know what the central support functions need to drive maximum productivity and profitability.Also on our wishlist:

Store implementation experience
Comfortable resolving trading & event challenges
Continuous improvement mindset
Developing and deploying events, trading execution, store category initiative execution and display guidance.
