The role is based in a vehicle franchise dealership working on multiple brands of light passenger vehicles.Duties will include:
- Servicing and repair work
- Mechanical repairs
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Engine work
- Ordering of parts
- Transmission and gearbox repairs
We are looking for skilled technicians that meet the following requirements:
- Relevant automotive trade qualification
- Ability to work independently
- Successful achieving of productivity and efficiency KPI's
- Able to train apprentices
- Prior experience on prestige European vehicles or on Asian vehicle brands is highly preferred though experience on other vehicle brands will be considered
- Solid diagnostics skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Clean drivers license
- Work well in a team environment
- Experience with OEM scan tools
