This project is based in South Auckland but we will consider applicants who are comfortable to work away from home Monday to Friday (FIFO) with local accommodation an option.ABOUT THE ROLEBased in South Auckland you will join a site team delivering a $40m project, reporting to a site based Project Manager you will look after part of the structure and see the building through to interior works including complex building services.You will plan and manage team of subcontractors, preparing short term programs, order materials, oversee quality and manage Health & safety. You will work with the PM on design changes, areas to save costs, options to reduce risks and site reporting.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A proven track record as a site manager role is essential
Experience building industrial or commercial projects $10m+ in New Zealand
Trade qualification
Positive and professiona Management approach
Committed to Health & Safety
Excellent communication skills
Good with MS Project and Procore
Experienced with site administration and reporting
