- Design and development from concept to delivery, of all VM collateral e.g. In store POS, Window Displays, Messaging etc
- Manage project timelines and workflow using briefs, WIPs, and planning tools; provide regular updates on progress
- Support seasonal and graphic creative by delivering inspiring, brand-relevant assets that enhance customer experience
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and develop a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Confidently present design concepts using mood boards and references to bring ideas to life
- Stay up to date with market trends and contribute to in-store creative implementation and new store openings
- Ensure brand management of all projects by following brand guidelines of Farmers
- Assist in creating standards manuals for in store training of Visual Merchandisers
- A degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field - experience demonstrated in a strong portfolio of work
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong pre-press knowledge and a hands-on designer
- A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and brand storytelling
- Experience designing marketing material for Fashion or Home brands will be an added advantage
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure
