In this role you will support the Samples Manager to ensure Site Security, Food Safety Quality & Regulatory compliance requirements are met. In addition, you will provide specialist knowledge on Export Documentation and Samples Operations including Warehouse Management.Reporting to Samples Team Leads, your responsibilities will also include:

Ensure product samples receive timely and accurate export government clearances; and are processed meeting the right practice and regulatory compliance.

Adhere to food safety, quality, religious and customer requirements.

Document and implement regulatory and customer updates and ensure all records are maintained for traceability.

Create domestic and international sales orders.

Source product to ensure eligibility and fit for purpose.

Facilities and equipment maintain to ensure safe working conditions for staff, contractors, and visitors.

Please note that this is also an operational role and part of this role entails frequent lifting of 25 kg bags and cartons of products.This is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months.About you | Moe KoeWe are looking for a highly organized professional. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills coupled with great initiative and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Key skills are:

Medium - Advanced SAP ECC & APO & MS Excel

Logistics/Supply Chain/Shipping (or similar)

Strong analytical & reporting skills

Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy

Excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve

Excellent planning & prioritising skills
