We provide care to five service levels (inclusive of a Mental Health Recovery unit), which is a unique service providing greater learning opportunities for staff. Broadview Lifecare, located in Beautiful Whanganui
Permanent part-time (20 hours per week)
AM, PM, Nights and weekends

You will have a positive compassionate attitude, the ability to make others smile, and be great at working with people. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphereYour Skills and Experience:

Proven experience caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment.
Minimum NZQA Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent New Zealand or overseas qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma in Nursing)
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A genuine love for helping people, excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures.
