Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will work, providing specialist technical protection and SCADA systems maintenance and installation to the company's Generation CustomersNga pūkenga matua | Important SkillsRelevant EWRB Electrical Registration and current Practising licenceNZCE Level 5 Power Technician or Electrical Engineering Degree is requiredExperience with the maintenance and installation of Protection, SCADA and communication equipment.Comprehensive knowledge of Sub stations, Power Stations, Power systems, particularly related to the HV industry.Expert knowledge in the dangers and consequences of incidents in a substation/switchyard environment.Dedicated commitment to health and safety.Full NZ Class 1 Driver's LicenseKo wai mātou | Our OrganisationDowner's Energy & Utilities business unit is an integrated trans-Tasman team, providing services and solutions that connect communities to essential networks and infrastructure.
