- Review and checking of data entry
- Stock taking and other daily reconciliations
- Support KPI reporting
- Dealing with account queries
- Supporting other office tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience within retail accounting and QuickBooks would be ideal
- Attention to detail and self-starter
- Experience with problem solving and dealing with large team preferred
- Good skills Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel to mid level
- Data entry typing speed 50+
- Very organised, Calm, and Flexible
- Self starter and trustworthy
