We’re partnering with a values-driven private service in the stunning Bay of Plenty that’s on a mission to transform outcomes for tamariki, rangatahi, and their whanau - especially those navigating ADHD, ASD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.This role offers the rare chance to move beyond short consult windows and overloaded public systems, and instead practise in a setting where time, trust, and early intervention are core to the model.What makes this role different?

Dedicated focus on ADHD and developmental psychiatry
No hospital or inpatient load
Highly flexible working hours – part-time or full-time
Collaborative team of paediatricians, psychologists, and coaches
