This, along with exceptional customer service, is what makes The Warehouse the store of choice for over 90% of New Zealanders and we're really proud of that!The Availability 2IC assists with presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers. There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.In this role, you will work closely with the Availability Manager by being responsible for stock availability, the execution of the Managers Trading Plan, and the Fill Teams. This role works evenings. Ideally, you will already have leadership experience and be looking to develop into a future department manager.Hours of work are:Please note to be a sucessful candidate for this position you must be able to work all the below hours each week.

Tuesday to Thursday: 7pm to 3:30am
Friday and Saturday: 6:30pm to 3:30am

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:

Drive and urgency
The ability to interpret and execute plans
Good written and verbal communication skills
Leadership experience or attributes
