As a pivotal member of our Product and Technology division, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our end-to-end solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success.Role Overview: As a Solution Analyst, you’ll spearhead solution designs and customer onboarding, ensuring smooth integration of our clients platform for their clients. From analyzing business requirements to leading functional IT projects, your expertise will be instrumental in achieving our vision of simplifying freight management.Key Responsibilities:
- Designing technical solutions aligned with business objectives, integrating diverse systems and software.
- Leading and managing systems integration projects, ensuring timely delivery within set budgets and scope.
- Overseeing customer onboarding processes, fostering clear communication and addressing any concerns.
- Mentoring and leading the Integration Analyst team, promoting a culture of innovation and skill development.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and deliver optimal technology solutions.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of technological advancements and implementing scalable solutions.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business Studies.
- Preferable certifications in IT Product Management, Business Analysis, Agile, and Project Management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to adapt to emerging technologies and industry best practices.
