- Be the vital link connecting our Sales, Revenue, and Reservations teams, by consolidating updates and sharing information proactively across teams
- Assisting with preparing compelling proposals and contracts
- Get hands-on with exciting sales initiatives - think site inspections, client entertainment, and familiarsation visits that showcase what makes us special
- Be a consistent point of contact for clients, managing requests and issues with efficiency and professionalism
- Keep your finger on the pulse of competitor activity and collate insights to inform our sales and revenue strategy
- Assist with sales plans, campaigns and promotional activity for the hotel, including tradeshows
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or administration environment
- High attention to detail - you'll have a sharp eye and catch what others may miss
- Confident and tenacious approach
- Stellar client management skills with a knack for solving problems and staying organised
- A solid grasp of market trends and what makes customers tick
- Natural communication skills that help you connect with anyone
