Marketing Manager

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and outdoor media
- Write and design engaging content for social media, website, e-newsletters, and press releases
- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collateral and venue signage
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with touring companies and promoters to support production-specific marketing
- Manage relationships with sponsors, media partners, and community organisations
- Assist with maintaining and developing the Regent Theatre brand
- Support audience development and community outreach initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across multiple platforms
- Proficiency with social media and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience in arts marketing or event promotion
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of the local arts and cultural landscape
- A passion for the performing arts and community engagement
