Permanent, Full-Time Role
Hours of Work: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Join our hardworking Assembly team at Temperzone’s Hamilton site, where you’ll play a hands-on role in building high-quality Air Handling Units used in heating and cooling systems across New Zealand.This is a full-time, permanent position with Monday to Friday hours (7:30am – 4:00pm)—giving you reliable work and a great work/life balance.In this practical role, you’ll be involved in:

Operating tools and machinery safely
Assembling HVAC parts with care and accuracy
Following clear instructions and production schedules
Checking product quality and reporting any issues
Keeping your workspace tidy and organised
Working as part of a supportive team
Lifting and handling materials as needed
Following health and safety rules
Helping improve how we work
Completing basic paperwork when required

A strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to get the job done
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work safely around machinery

Basic communication skills and the ability to complete simple paperwork
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a bonus, but not essential—full training is provided
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
