You bring a strong foundation in BMS design, integration, and project delivery, ideally gained through experience in consulting or contracting environments. You're confident engaging with clients and stakeholders, and skilled at leading or contributing to multi-disciplinary project teams.Your background likely includes:
- Delivering BMS and smart building solutions across sectors such as healthcare, education, airports, and commercial developments.
- Designing and integrating systems within Integrated Building Platforms (IBP), including access control, lighting, metering, vertical transport, and security.
- Managing project lifecycles from concept design through to commissioning and handover.
- Demonstrating strong stakeholder engagement, documentation control, and quality assurance.
- A genuine passion for digital buildings and creating responsive, people-centred environments.
