Be able to produce a quality range of butchery products, ensuring quality, range, freshness, consistency and profitability targets are achieved.
Preparation and Presentation of Butchery Products
Shop presentation, stock movement and prevent wastage through product rotation
Strong (able to comfortably lift 20kgs up to 25kgs regularly through the day)
Help and organise with putting away delivery stock
A team player with the ability to also work independently
Attentive to detail and high level of customer service
High level of initiative and commitment
Availability to work extra hours if requested by the department
Essential
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
